International Kitchen Garden and Farm School Garden Work Party
Saturday, September 17th, 9AM-1PM

You'll help us with our new International Kitchen Garden, which will be an ADA-accessible garden space full of culturally specific fruits, vegetables and herbs for our cooking education programs! You'll also help with our new Farm School Garden, which our students will use to plant and harvest crops (and share with their schools!) through our Farm School program.
Light lunch and snacks will be provided. This event is family friendly (find out more here), and projects include:
- filling ADA accessible pathways with gravel;
- compacting gravel;
- building raised beds;
- filling raised beds with soil;
- sheet mulching with cardboard and wood chips;
- meeting new people who like to spend time at the farm too!
